Woodside Plantation covers 2,300 acres of rolling countryside of Aiken and features three golf courses and fishing in over 60 acres of well-stocked lakes.

Golf

Both 18-hole championship courses blend into Woodside's setting of towering pines, huge dogwoods and native flowering plants.

The Wysteria Course, an 18-hole Rees Jones design, plays to a par 72 and 7,141 yards from the tips. This course's features Tif Eagle Bermuda Grass greens test your putting skills. With several tee locations range the course yardage from 5,464 yards (Burden tees), to 7,141 yards (Palmetto tees).

The Plantation course, opened in 1991, flaunts Tif Dwarf greens and Bermuda fairways. The new nine-hole, par-three course, Hunters Run, gives good short game practice.

With four practice greens that feature sand bunkers and a chipping area, plus an 18-hole putting course and driving range, there are plenty of practice opportunities. Woodside Members receive unlimited range balls.

Woodside Plantation golf professionals offer a computerized handicapping system, a year-round tournament schedule, men's and ladies' golf associations, private instruction with video analysis, and group lessons.

Real Estate

Choose from cottages and villas to an estate home or homesite. There is also a custom-home program for those who wish to design their own homes. Patio lots, maintenance-free villas; lots on and off the courses; cottages and courtyard homes are available. Prices begin in the $160,000s.

Courtyard Neighborhoods
Golf course and wooded homesites for smaller homes. The homesites, typically 65' x 110', fit homes ranging from 1700 to 2200 square feet. Prices start in the mid $20,000's for wooded and $40,000's for golf course lots.

Patio Neighborhoods
These smaller homesites, on and off the golf courses, average 75' x 120' and accommodate homes ranging from 1800 to 2500 square feet. Prices start in the mid $20,000's for wooded lots and $40,000's for golf course lots.

Classic Neighborhoods
These homesites are more traditional in size. Most sites are 100' x 150' with ample room for wider homes ranging from 2000 to 3000 square feet. Wooded homesites start in the $30,000's , and golf course homesites start at $60,000.
