The villa in situated on Fuerteventuras only Golf Course which was home to the Canaries Open in 2004. The course is a 18 hole course, with driving range. Clubs and Buggy hire available.

The villa is situated in an elevated position and being front line has great views out to sea and over the course.  All amenities are within a 10 minute walk, a safe bathing beach, a air-conditioned shopping centre which has a large selection of Spanish, Chinese and English restaurants. Bars where you can enjoy coffee or a good night out.

The villa comprises of the following:

3 double bedrooms - 2 of which have balconies, all have built in wardrobes and drawer units. Curtains all have black out so keeps the room cool during the day and dark in the early morning.  All bedrooms have ceiling fans.  2 bathrooms, one being situated on the ground floor next to the third bedroom (making it ideal for 2 families) both have w.c. bath and shower facilities.

A spacious lounge dining area comprising of glass top dining table with 6 chairs. 2 chocolate leather sofas a TV, Playstation 2 (which allows DVD's to be played) CD player, ceiling fan and coffee tables.

The kitchen has been fitted out with fabulous intergrated units all housed within Granite worktops. There is an oven, hob, extractor, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine for your use.  Coffee maker, iron and ironing board and large airer available.

The large terrace/partio area has fabulous 6 seater wooden table, parasol and large Brick BBQ to enjoy the lovely warm evenings.  Large gated garden area, so safe for children to play
