This is a completely furnished house, including towels, utensils, kitchen gadgets...ready for you to move in.  Our home is located exactly 20 miles west of the Phoenix airport (which is located in central Phoenix), near the area known as Litchfield Park.  If you are not too familiar with the area, Litchfield is a new suburb that has just boomed in the last 2-3 years.  Most of the streets are lined with palm trees and the shopping centers are essentially all new.  Within 1 mile is almost every major national-chain restaurant that I can think of.  Truly an excellent location for travelers - away from the congestion/grime of the inner city but close to many conveniences.  And if you play golf and get bored of the golf course in which the home is located, there are approximately 4-5 more golf courses located within 5 miles of the house.

And the views of the home are spectacular, given that it is located directly on the lake and golf course.  As you walk back inside the house, your eyes gravitate to the luxury appointed kitchen with warm maple cabinets and a cozy breakfast bar. Truly a chef's kitchen with elegant slab granite counter tops and premium stainless steel kitchen appliances, including the massive built-in refrigerator and the deluxe gas stove.  We fully equip the kitchen with all necessary items to cook your favorite dish so that you can enjoy your home cooked meal in the dining nook that also has a spectacular view of the lake.

 We have equipped the home with lots of luxuries that we thought would be provided at fine hotels.  In the master bedroom, we feature a large king-size mattress with a thick pillowtop and down pillows and down comforters.  And we provide a desktop computer with high speed internet so you can check up on some of your business.  The decorations in the home are also superb as you can see in the pictures.  Plus, the home is basically brand new with occupancy since 2005.
